Variable Returns Asset (VRA) only requires a one-time minimum premium of P475,000 and comes with a life insurance policy, equal to the fund value or 125% of the premium, whichever is higher.
VRA is free from customary entry fees enabling investors to maximize investment gains, and may be invested in the Fixed Income Fund, the Balanced Fund, the Equity Fund and the newly introduced, Growth Fund.
The Growth Fund was developed to enable clients to participate in the performance of growth-oriented industries that are expected to outperform the market in the medium to long term.
The Growth Fund portfolio is a combination of units on the company’s existing Equity fund and stocks of companies listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange primed for long-term growth and capital appreciation.
VRA is now available to investors. The initial Net Asset Value per Unit of P1.00 for Growth Fund will apply to any of Insular Life’s insurance linked investment products, whether it be capital infusions or service transactions from February 1, to 7, 2011.
